Charity Partnership with St Francis Hospice, North Dublin

Charity Partnership with St Francis Hospice, North Dublin

We are delighted to announce an ongoing charity partnership with St Francis Hospice. The hospice provides a specialist palliative care service for the people of North Dublin and surrounding counties, a population of almost 700,000. It is a voluntary organisation under the care of the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul and provides much needed services such as:

  • Community Palliative Care
  • Hospice Day Services
  • Inpatient Units
  • Bereavement Care

Eddie O’Driscoll, Director of Auctioneera: “The inspirational stories of both the staff and patients of St Francis Hospice truly focuses the spotlight on the tireless efforts made every single day to bring hope, solace and comfort to those who need it, at their most vulnerable hours. The range of services and support offered by St Francis Hospice to both patients and their families is incredible and Auctioneera is delighted to be able to assist their fundraising efforts for many years to come.”

With some of our offices situated in the North Dublin area (Mulhuddart, Swords, Santry), we recognise the importance of the work of St Francis Hospice to the locality and we’re thereby delighted to partner up with the team at StFrancis in order to encourage ongoing donations.

Eimear Kellett, Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager for St Francis Hospice: “COVID-19 has only accelerated needs we have long identified and been carefully planning for in recent years. St Francis Hospice Dublin must urgently expand and modernise our care environment and extend our range of specialist palliative services for the health and social needs of our patients and their loved ones. We are delighted to have been approached by Auctioneera to engage in an ongoing partnership to drive our fundraising efforts.”
