I highly recommend Auctioneera! I'd sell with them again if we have more houses to sell.

Long answer:
We sold using Auctioneera and our experience was a bit of a rollercoaster with issues selling, having to take it off the market and putting our house online again. But that has nothing to do with Auctioneera. In fact, throughout all the ordeal, and issues pertaining to the property itself, the team in Auctioneera were professional and understanding through and through. Their correspondence is great. I wish to highlight Fiona for her sheer professionalism. She facilited the viewings which garnered many viewers and consequently, bidders. She liaised with me throughout and have been full of expert advice on what to do next and recommendations.

Their online platform is excellent at least from our point of view as sellers. We appreciated the transparent and speedy nature that their platform. It's fairly seamless in its design.

I imagine going through phone calls with auctioneers with every grand increase in bids could be quite too much. The online platform facilited the bids with button clicks, it's very easy for bidders to participate on the fly. Again, I'm seeing this as a seller, it's obviously exciting to be on this side. I can't say the same from the bidders point-of-view.

Their pricing model is a breath of fresh air. I've gotten quotes from other auctioneers but at the end of the day, the numbers speak for themselves. The 1 or 1.5% of the sale as fee is literally thousands in difference.

I'm happy to recommend them especially for those who are thinking of selling their property. read less

Well designed and user friendly automitised on-line services allowed for a quick exchange of information and documents, tracking the sale progress and being kept up-to-date with upcoming viewings and offers placed. The set of guidance documents explained all the steps in details. I would just suggest more frequent customer care including personal updates via phone or e-mail, which someone selling for the first time would find very useful and assuring. I found Lee & the Auctioneera Support Team to be very professional, supportive & their communication was very regular. They were also very knowledgeable of the current market.
Although we had a few little bumps along the way, Lee & colleagues were always very positive which made the process a lot less stressful.
I am very grateful for their help in selling my property.

Huge thanks to Fiona ( She was always on hand to answer all my questions) and the team for their great service! Michelle was also kind and helpful big thanks for her as well. We always had viewing reports after the viewings. Excellent and professional service and great price. We had a very good experience with this agency.
