Scarily Busy in October at Auctioneera!
October was a busy month for people especially with the kids on mid-term. We were all either bringing them trick or treating or answering the door to them and filling their buckets with sweets! Thankfully this year with the vaccination levels so high, we were actually able to get out and about over the long weekend so that was a big positive for all!
Here at Auctioneera, we've also noticed a strong uptick in viewing attendance numbers and the fact we hosted over 240 viewings in the month of October is a key indicator of the current strength of the property market.

Result of the Month
In terms of listings, we went live with 31 new properties in Cork and Dublin throughout the month of October. We inform our database of buyers (in the thousands) the second we go live with a new property listing so it's a flurry of activity on the website when that happens as you can imagine! October's total sale agreed value was an amazing figure of €13,429,000 and one of those included in that was Apartment 120 Parkview in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 - the guide price there was €225,000 and it went sale agreed at €307,000 - an amazing €82,000 over the guide price!
