How to Print off Your Local Property Tax Printout in Order to Sell Your Property
When selling a property, the vendor must prove to the purchaser that they are up to date with their Local Property Tax obligations. In order to do this, the vendor must provide their up to date LPT statement to their solicitor, who in turn passes this onto the purchaser’s solicitor.
Log Into the LPT Website

You will need the property’s ID and PIN. If you don’t have these, you can have them posted to you or sent to you in your MyRevenue account by following the instructions.
You will be presented with the list of properties for which you are liable for LPT.
Click on “View Payment History”
Click on “Print / View Summary”
Click the Download Button
